Contributions made on Ikigai Portfolio's platform are made towards projects, NGOs or people with social impact as the primary cause. This contribution is not for purchase of any goods or services. Therefore, the contributions once cleared by the payment gateway will go directly towards the project/NGO/person who it was intended to be given to, and therefore cannot normally be refunded or cancelled.
However, donors may request for a refund of their contributions, either partially or fully, within 15 days of making such contribution, by writing to support@ikigaiportfolio.com. The refund request will be accepted only in case it is established without any reasonable doubt that the payment took place due to a technical glitch at Ikigai Portfolio's end or was made or obtained fraudulently. The decision of Ikigai Portfolio in this regard will be final and binding. Ikigai Portfolio may request the donors for further details or documentation in order to validate and process such requests. The contributions will be refunded to designated bank accounts. Ikigai Portfolio will seek information, through e-mail, on the donors' bank account for electronic transfer. Ikigai Portfolio shall refund the amount in 15 working days from the date of receipt of complete information. Ikigai Portfolio will not be responsible for any wrong information. However, such refund will be subject to applicable payment gateway fees and taxes.
